We need to strengthen our operations in installation and grow with both project managers and HVAC designers. Therefore, we welcome both junior and senior applicants to our operations depending on whether you want to be a leader or more technically oriented. About the position

As a Project Manager HVAC, you lead projects from start to finish: driving business and relationships, ensuring quality, time, and economy, and coaching the project team. You will be a key person in translating customer requirements into robust, energy-efficient, and sustainable HVAC solutions throughout the lifecycle; both in new construction and renovation.

The tasks include:

- Full responsibility for the project's goals, economy, quality, timeline, and customer satisfaction.

- Project management within HVAC/ventilation/cooling, control, energy, etc.

- Cost estimation, resource planning, contracts, and change management

- Technical choices, LCC documentation, coordination with BIM (Revit/MagiCAD)

- Active business development; networking, bids, framework agreements, and follow-up

- To some extent, design, after-sales, start and end meetings

- Usually handle several projects simultaneously

We also welcome applicants for HVAC Design where you work on projects from start to finish. You will be a key person in translating customer requirements into robust, energy-efficient, and sustainable HVAC solutions throughout the lifecycle; both in new construction and renovation.

- Design within HVAC/ventilation/cooling, control, energy, etc.

- Participate in design, coordination, and quality meetings

- Technical choices, LCC documentation, coordination with BIM (Revit/MagiCAD)

- Usually involved in several projects simultaneously

Profile
For the role of project manager, we are looking for someone who is an experienced project leader in HVAC or has several years of experience in HVAC design and wants to take the next step. You feel comfortable in customer dialogue and building relationships while being communicative, structured, and solution-oriented. You are business-minded and driven by creating profitability. You master Swedish in speech and writing and have good knowledge of MagiCAD. If you also have experience with Revit, it is a plus.

In the role of HVAC designer, we are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in installation, construction, energy, or similar. If you have previous experience in the role, we see it as a strong merit, but we also welcome junior applicants who are driven and willing to develop in the profession. Through internal training and mentorship, we provide good conditions for you to grow into the role.
You master Swedish in speech and writing and have good knowledge of MagiCAD. Experience with Revit is also a merit.
